Leadership in the digital and data space is a challenge at the best of times, but when it is in a sector as complex and important as health and care it reaches new levels. Those charged with leading this agenda need the skills, experience, tools and tales to make progress, to bring their teams on this journey, to lead the wider transformation into a bright new future.

Andy Kinnear was a prominent NHS CIO for decades and played an important role in the formation of FedIP and the NHS Digital Academy. More recently he has been part of the CHIME teaching faculty and works with Universities around the world on their ‘Digital Leadership in Health & Care’ programmes. In this talk he will walk us through some of his ‘favourite slides’ – Those which he uses most often as they tell a story, teach a lesson, provoke new thinking or enable reflection.

Andy openly admits he is reaching the end of his professional journey and uses sessions like this to hand over the baton to those brave and committed enough to pick it up.
