Endorsement
For a course to be endorsed by AphA its course materials have to be of the highest standards with clear presentation tools and learning objectives.
Accreditation
For a course to be Accredited by AphA, it must meet the requirements of Endorsement as well as have demonstrated excellence in delivery.

This is the first stage in your training becoming officially accreditied and/or endorsed by AphA. Working in conjunction with the National Competency Framework and NHS Data Academy, this process is the leading route to the verification of training provision to data professionals in health and care. There are two routes you may with to follow; endorsement – which will review the quality of your training materials and content etc, and accreditation – which will do the same, along with sitting in on the training to assess the excellence of delivery.
