About

ALL- Everyone. Everywhere. Always

What if inclusion wasn’t a policy – but a pulse?

Welcome to ALL.

Where every voice matters – and every silence is noticed.

Black writing

ALL is more than an initiative – it’s a promise. A movement built to make space for everyone, without exception. Whether you are part of AphA, WIHDN, CDAON, or shaping the future of our profession in new ways, ALL exists to amplify the voices that haven’t been heard enough, and open doors that should never have been closed.

We’re not here to supervise inclusion—we’re here to live it.

We believe inclusion isn’t a side project. It’s the core of progress. We believe in:

Belonging without condition.

Voices without hierarchy.

Conversations that challenge and transform.

Representation that means something – not just for appearances.

ALL stands for a world where equity isn’t a policy, it’s the default. And where being seen doesn’t require permission.

We’re actively shaping an AphA that looks, listens, and leads differently. Our work includes:

Reviewing and reimagining policies across AphA to ensure equity is woven in – not added on.

Bringing diversity into the spotlight across all AphA platforms – magazines, websites, events.

Creating reflective tools and feedback loops so we hold ourselves accountable.

Connecting with members and allies across regions to spark bold, inclusive conversations.

Delivering talks and sessions on topics like unconscious bias, allyship, privilege, and equitable leadership.

Got a topic that needs a spotlight? If we don’t have the expertise, we’ll help you find it. We believe in collective wisdom.

Who We Are – ALL IN

We’re not a steering committee. We’re ALL In, a collective of people from across AphA and beyond who show up, speak up, and stand up for equity.

ALL

We care deeply, speak honestly, and act courageously. You don’t have to be perfect to be involved – just willing.
